Tides at River Rapids is part of a two-phase multifamily rental development located at 2750 NW South River Drive. The community offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with a broad collection of indoor and outdoor amenities in a prime riverfront setting.
Ortega Construction Company joined the project through a construction takeover and successfully carried the work through completion. The team coordinated the remaining construction, closeout and occupancy requirements to bring the community across the finish line.
