Patrick brings 40 years of construction experience, leading projects across South Florida ranging from $1.5 million to over $80 million. A proud Miami native and retired United States Naval Officer, he carries the discipline, leadership, and resilience from his military service into every project. As General Superintendent at Ortega Construction Company, Patrick directs for each assigned project field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance on every site. Known for his exceptional organization and ability to minimize risks, he leverages his leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and solve problems efficiently. Highly adaptable to the evolving construction environment, Patrick approaches every challenge with an unrelenting passion and tireless dedication to succeed—delivering projects to the highest standards while fostering a skilled, efficient, and safety-conscious team.
