Jermyn brings over fifteen years of commercial construction experience on multi-million-dollar projects throughout South Florida. Known for his strong leadership, dedication, and ability to inspire his teams, he leads by example and fosters a collaborative, solution-driven environment—making him an integral part of every project’s success.

As General Superintendent at Ortega Construction Company, Jermyn oversees field operations for each assigned project, including scheduling, safety, quality control, constructability analysis, subcontractor coordination, and progress reporting. His proactive approach ensures teams work seamlessly to meet milestones, resolve challenges efficiently, and deliver exceptional results on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
