Ortega Construction Company ("OCC") was founded in 2010 by Michael Ortega to leverage his 25 plus years of building experience in South Florida. Born and raised in Miami, Florida Michael wanted to continue the Family’s legacy of 60 plus years of building in South Florida and developing great client relationships. The Company’s focus has primarily been multi-family, mixed-use and hospitality projects throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties of Florida.

As a General Contractor and Construction Manager our success depends on building the best team for each project. Our systematic approach to pairing the most qualified trade partners and vendors for each project ensures our strict adherence to safety, scheduling of work and quality control standards are met. Our trade partners are our teammates from preconstruction through close out to ensure every project is set up for success before a shovel ever hits the ground.
